Why should I hire a web designer?
Designing a website from scratch has a steep learning curve. This means that if you’re not a pro, you will spend hundreds of hours researching and figuring out things yourself, and the end result may not reflect all the work you put into your holistic business website.
Amateur web design usually also means a poor user experience. If it’s full of broken links, loads slowly, and doesn’t display well on mobile devices, your potential customers may be discouraged and vanish into thin air.
Which platform do you use?
I use Showit, a fabulous drag-n-drop website builder that allows for easy, code-free edits and integrates with Wordpress - the world's most popular open-source Content Management System.
Will there be website downtime?
There may be a short period when your site is down if you are switching from Wordpress / Squarespace / Wix / Webflow etc. To get it done I need to do some backend magic and it takes time for it to propagate. But the whole process shouldn’t take longer than 3 days – and usually it's just a few hours.
Do you provide a domain and hosting?
You have to purchase a domain name yourself, and blazing-fast hosting is included with your Showit subscription.
Does it include SEO?
Yes and no. The development of your website includes essential implementation of on-page SEO (adding your meta tags and ALT titles). It may include keyword research (Blog package), too.
All these will surely make your website visible to search engines, but if you want to rank at the top, it’s a process that takes time and lots of extra work and strategy.
Your ranking position on Google depends on many factors: the quality of your content, backlinks from authority sites, the search intent of your soulmate clients, loading speed, mobile friendliness, your domain authority (which increases with age), website structure, keyword optimization, etc.
After purchase, you will receive access to a thorough SEO guide that will help you craft your content in accordance with the best SEO practices.
Will I be able to make changes myself?
I work with Showit – a magical builder that enables you to edit your site with instant preview, and WordPress – the most popular CMS on the planet. Both are wonderful, user-friendly tools, but there is a learning curve.
Upon the completion of your business website, you will be provided with a short walkthrough. This should be enough for you to be able to change colors, images, update page copy or write a blog post.
However, if you want to apply more considerable changes to the design yourself, you will need a little more understanding of both tools.
Is copywriting included?
No, copy is to be provided by the client, whether you write yourself, or hire a pro. However, you are not left all alone with this. Upon signing the contract, we will start with a kick-off strategy call. You will also receive a set of workbooks that will walk you through the exact process of extracting your brand essence, help you craft captivating content, guide you to implement the best SEO practices, and make sure the website gets successfully launched!

What do you mean by homework?
To put it simply, your homework is to gather all the contents for your website (photos, copy, branding assets, etc.) so that I have everything I need to start designing. Your homework should be delivered a week before the official start of the project.
Not sure if you can manage? No worries! I have prepared some very helpful workbooks that will guide you through the process, step by step.
Will I get an invoice?
Absolutely! I’m a sole trader registered in the EU. You will get an invoice that you can include in your company’s expenses.
How can we get started?
Just fill in the form and schedule a free discovery call, so we can get to know each other and find out if we’re a good fit. After that, you will receive a proposal tailored to your needs.
If you accept it, sign the contract and pay a deposit, we’re ready to go!
